Prospective Graduate Certificate students must complete an online application that includes:
*Accepted students must submit official transcripts to the Graduate School prior to full acceptance.
**Note: Graduate Certificate students are not eligible for financial aid. You must be a degree-seeking student taking at least 9 graduate course credit hours to be eligible for financial aid. For additional information about this please contact the NC State University Financial Aid Office.
***Note: Admission for the Youth, Family, and Community Sciences Online Graduate Certificate is rolling. Applications received after the beginning of a semester will be eligible for enrollment the following semester. Please allow approximately 3 weeks to receive notification of an admission decision via email. Applications are processed faster when application fees are paid online using a credit card. Payments made by check can take 1-3 months for processing.
